Accreditation and affiliation
As an English language school in Malta IELS is fully accredited by the Ministry of Education and FELTOM (Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations Malta). IELS is also a member of ALTO, FIYTO and WYSET. Furthermore, it is a University of Cambridge teacher training centre and is the only EFL school in Malta to be accredited to run DELTA courses.
IELS is rebranding
IELS, one of Malta's leading English Language schools, will be re-branding as LAL Malta from October this year and be promoted as an integral part of the LAL group of schools and summer centres.
LAL Language Centres has schools in the UK, South Africa and the USA, offering a wide range of English language courses to cater for the needs of students of all ages, from Business English, General English and Private Tuition for adults to holiday courses and summer schools for young learners. With more than 25 years' experience in language training and organising complete language holidays to combine study with leisure activities, the group has a wealth of experience and is run by a highly knowledgeable team.
Mr Alex Lanczet at IELS and Mr Chris Nolan at LAL Language Centres said in a joint statement: "2010 has been a great year for IELS during which we have been working closer then ever with our colleagues at LAL Language Centres to build upon the existing operation and align our products.
